Consistent raises of $.50/hour for hourly associate level employees (subject to compensation policy)

What You'll Do:
- Initiate suggestive selling and sampling of wine and beer products
- Set up wine and cheese samples
- Receive and stock wine and beer orders
- Assist with inventory, processing, monitoring and replenishing merchandise
- Ensure that all items have signs and are priced correctly
- Organize and wipe bottles in wine fridge and on shelving display
- Communicate any customer special requests to management
- Communicates with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
- Additional duties as assigned
About You:
- At least one year of experience and/or training in the specialty food or wine and beer industry
- Outgoing personality and willingness to learn
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to think critically
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and fellow Associates
- Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store
- Ability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business
- Fine wine and liquor experience a plus
- Must be 21 years of age or older
